have been up to...

H&B Assets Management has recently taken on another 11-bedroom property in the heart of Bournemouth. This is two HMOs directly on top of each other, one of which is a 6-bedroom and the other is a 5-bedroom. We worked in partnership with the landlord to bring this property to market conducting a full refurbishment. This meant installing two new central heating systems, two kitchens, and four bathrooms, repainting throughout as well as new furniture.
